To use your VISA Check Card at an ATM:

1. Look for the VISA symbol on the ATM machine
2. Insert your card in the slot provided
3. Enter your PIN
4. Follow the step-by-step instructions displayed on the screen
5. Record your withdrawal in your check register

To use your VISA Check Card at a VISA location:

1. Verify that the merchant accepts VISA
2. Present your card at the time of purchase
3. Indicate "credit" if you wish to sign for your purchase or "debit" if you choose to enter your PIN to authorize the purchase
4. Whether you choose "credit" or "debit", the amount will be deducted from your checking account
5. Enter the transaction in your checkbook register just like you would a check
6. Check your monthly or online banking statement to verify your purchases

When connected to your Wolverine Bank checking account, your card may be used to make purchases from merchants displaying the NYCE symbol

To Obtain a Wolverine Bank ATM Card

1. Submit your application to any Wolverine Bank location
2. We send you a four-digit PIN which is assigned to your card only (Do not share this information or throw it away)
3. In a separate mailing, you will receive your ATM card
4. You may call (989) 631-4280 for instructions on how to reset your PIN to a four-digit number of your choosing

To Use Your Wolverine Bank ATM Card

1. Insert your card in the slot provided
2. Enter your PIN
3. Follow the step-by-step instructions
4. Save your receipt for reconciling with your account

We do not charge non-Wolverine Bank customers a fee for using our ATMs. However, their own financial institution may charge a transaction fee. When Wolverine Bank customers use so-called "foreign" ATMs (including Surcharge Free Alliance One ATMs), the ATM owner charges us a fee. We pass it along to our customers in the form of a $1.00 charge per transaction*. The "foreign use" fee is waived for customers who maintain a $10,000 deposit relationship.

*In a survey of major banks serving the Tri-Cities, Wolverine Bank's transaction fee was half to one third of what other banks charge.
