Commercial Loan Officer - Experienced professional who will handle complex loan relationships while maintaining and building new and existing relationships with the focus on credit quality. Responsible for overseeing, managing and growing commercial loans while providing the highest level of personal quality and service.
Deposit Sales and Service Representative - Part time positions available at our Midland and Frankenmuth locations - Assist customers with their deposit needs by properly processing deposit, loan and miscellaneous transactions and keeping them informed of any new products or services that may benefit their financial needs. Generate leads for Managers,open accounts and place follow up calls to customers with focus on relationship building.
Collections Manager - Responsible for addressing the Bank's customer hardship and trouble debt restructuring requests while controlling risk and exposure to the bank. Develop the best possible collection and workout strategies for both the bank and the borrower. Requirements include five years experience in mortgage underwriting or collections, preferrably in the loss mitigation area or equivalent field at a bank or other financial institution.
Deposit Sales & Service Assistant Manager - Driven employee with take charge attitude to help lead the branch to success. Management experience in developing diverse team to work together using their unique skills. Show sale initiatives by scheduling appointments, making presentations, utilizing the Bank's expanding venue of products and services to best serve our customers and direct reports. Close sales by building rapport with potential customers, explaining product and service capabilities, overcoming objections, finalizing sales.
Collections/Loan Servicing Specialist - Performs collections efforts on assigned delinquent accounts. Contacts borrowers, negotiates extensions and modifications of loan terms and arranges payment schedules in accordance with Bank policy. Maintains records, prepares periodic reports. Provides support for loan servicing including paying of taxes and insurance from mortgage, escrow accounts, construction draws and policy review.
Business Development Officer - Responsible for identifying, selling and closing residential loan applications.
