GUSHOW JOINS WOLVERINE BANK TEAM
Midland, Michigan – Jill Gushow has been hired as Chief Strategic Officer for Wolverine Bank. She will be focusing on strategic projects, including acquisitions and business process reengineering. These initiatives are designed to provide enhanced services to customers, provide new market opportunities, and maximize efficiencies. Gushow most recently worked as Director of Staff Relations at Saginaw Valley State University. She has also held the positions of Associate General Counsel at Vertis, Inc. in Baltimore, Maryland and at Trilogy Software in Austin, Texas, as well as Director of International Legal Operations at Quark, Inc. in Denver, Colorado. During her career she has led cross-functional teams in the United States and abroad with responsibilities in the areas of corporate strategies, legal compliance, and organizational development. She received her Bachelor’s degree with honors from Michigan State University and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado School of Law.
