At this time, we do not intend to disclose nonpublic personal information other than noted. If in the future, Wolverine Bank intends to disclose nonpublic personal information other than the above, we will provide a revised notice and an opportunity to opt out, if applicable.
We understand that the protection of your nonpublic personal information is of the utmost importance. We have safeguards in place to protect the confidentiality and security of your nonpublic information. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. Consumer: An individual who seeks or obtains a financial product or service from Wolverine Bank that is to be used for personal, family or household purposes.
Customer: A consumer who establishes a continuing account relationship with Wolverine Bank
Joint marketing agreement: An agreement between Wolverine Bank and another financial institution with whom we have partnered with to market either, or both of the institutions’ products and services.
Nonpublic personal information: Personally identifiable financial information provided by a consumer to Wolverine Bank resulting from any transaction with the consumer or any service performed for the consumer or that is otherwise obtained by Wolverine Bank. Nonpublic personal information also includes any list, description or other grouping of consumers that is derived using any personally indentifiable financial information.
