Telephone Banking

Now you can make routine account transactions whenever you want - at home, work or even while you're out of town. Call anytime, seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

All you need is a touch-tone phone, your account number, and the primary account holder's Social Security or Tax I.D. Number. Then call (989) 839-8715 in the Midland area or (800) 839-8715 from anywhere in the United States.

Wolverine's Telephone Banking Center will greet you and guide you through your transactions. For your security, you will initially be required to select a 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) to access your account information. You can exit the system at any time to discuss your account with a customer service representative simply by pressing "0" during our regular business hours.

As a Wolverine Bank customer, you can start inquiring to your checking, savings or loan accounts through the Telephone Banking Center right now. There are no special forms to complete.

If you want to transfer funds between accounts or process a loan payment by using the Telephone Banking Center, simply download, fill out and print the Telephone Banking Application.
