Access When You Need It
With Wolverine Bank’s free Telephone Banking service, customers can conveniently check account balances, transfer money, and process loan payments from any touch-tone phone, 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
To get started you will need:
- A touch-tone phone
- Your account number
- The primary account holder’s Social Security or Tax I.D. Number
Once you’ve gathered all of the necessary information, simply call (989) 839-8715 to begin accessing your account information.
Wolverine Bank’s automated Telephone Banking Center will guide you through the process. For your security, you will initially be required to select a 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) to access your account information. During regular business hours, you can exit the system at any time to discuss your account with a customer service representative by pressing “0”.
